I started my account way in 2021
deposited and made profits.
when asked with drawal no reply
I am not able to access my account now.
can anyone help to recover at least what i have deposited.

On 4.8.2021 I was asked to pay Rs.10800/- by credit card thro the link provided by them. It was tried 3 times but all the three times I got the msg from your Bank, transaction declined. I received a phone call from your helpline asking for the genuineness of the transaction. I asked them whether all transactions has been declined or not. The representative told, all the transactions are declined and further it will not be debited. On 6th I received my statement from your side and to my surprise one of the three transactions was debited. After that they did false transactions of Forex trading and showed Profit and they extracted money from me on the following dates to the tune of Rs.1, 81, 000/-. On 17.8.2021 Rs.43200/-, 02.09.2021 Rs.36500/-, 07.09.2021 Rs.36500/-, 10.9.2021 Rs.18145/-, 28.9.2021 Rs.36500/-. All the transactions were done with your credit card with the link of PayU provided them. I came to know about the fraud only on 11.10.2021 when I raised a withdrawal for 2000 USD. They simply did another false transaction showing loss and when asked thro whatsapp and Gmail they vanished. Therefore I request you to take chargeback action and recover my money.

i am komal . I had deposited 150$ to wisetradefx.com and now after opening demat account i couldn't able to withdraw my amount... and there is no response coming from that side..

please help me to refund my amount.. i will be very gratefull to u ... it was my father's hard earned money ..
