I have purchased tempered glass & back case cover from www.myscreenguard.com on 1-08-16 and product was delivered on 4-08-16 however i have received damaged tempered glass and defective back cover.

I have returned the order immediately my return order no. #1164 which is showing a message of awaiting products on 4-08-16 and till date no replacement is received from the company till date

I ordered 3 items against subject order no. 42920 dated 9-Jul-2016.While ordering, a gift was also offered for which I have to mention the details.The details were mentioned. Accordingly, I have to receive 4 items (including gift). The consignment was delivered to my neighbour on 11-Jul-2016. There were 3 items inside. The back case was not available in the packet and delivered tempered glass was defective (only single layer guard)
