My order which was delivered and sold was badly damaged and not in working condition. There is no response from the website and the customer support mail id mentioned in the site for returning the products and refund of my amount. There is no way other than the mail to get into contact with the customer care personal and they aren't responding via mail.

A watch which was totally damaged not at all working the battery is bulged i want to return it to plz pay backmy money u guys don't even respond my mail. Plz take ur product give my money back its my 20 days salary plz i need my money back.
The watch was billed from unitech arcadia, office no. 814-b, sector no. 49, unitech arcadia, hr-122001.
The watch was totally different from the showed in the site.

Sir my product is not ok, this product is broken, i contact more time wittycart but no response me my massage, i want to return my product firstly, this product is so bad and wasting my mony wasting my time. The product which u send was not the same which i order on dt 10.05.19. My order no. Wc 140251. I want this order to be replaced with the product which i order. I want my original ordered product or refund my money back (Rs1499.00) for your convenience i am sending image / photo of the damage product which was deliver to me on 18.05.19 at around 2.00pm. My shipment order no. Wc135996, which i ordered to witty cart, and they sent me from blue dart. I received the parcel dated 10/5/19, after opening the parcel i came to know that air cooler is not working.
Dated 11/5/19, i raised complain to witty cart via my mail id info @wittycart.com, as per their policy i should raise complain within 3 days of delivery of parcel than only they will accept the complain and can refund of money.
For this product i had paid rs 2499.00
Pls do needful to me.

Consumer said that company sent a defective product to consumer and after then consumer return his order to company and after then company not contactable and he faced the big problem because he contact many time in company but they didn't contacted to consumer. Consumer wants lodge a grievance against to company and wants solution

I ordered for smart watch to wittycart. Received damaged product, glass broken. I have received this consignment yesterday, trying to contact them over mail as they don't have any contact number. Haven't received any response from them neither on mail or sms. Order number is WC131717. Zero customer service, poor quality and service. I was trying to connect them through social media like Facebook, but they have blocked me from that site. Now I am unable to make comments on their Facebook page. I also tweet my complaint through Twitter by tagging them, but not yet received any response from Wittycart. Over that I mailed them and after 3 days I gave reminder mail also, but no response.

I have purchased one incredible portable air cooler from wittycart by cash on delivery through online booking. I have received on 25 apr 2019 after paying 2500 inr. The item i received was not in working condition and it was damaged. So i want to return the product, but there no option for returning the item on their site. I send emails regarding the problem but no response. They are not picking up the phone. So please solve my complaint. I am attaching the invoice along with this.

I had booked the fix it pro scratch remover pen @rs999 and as i used it it was not working as it did not remove the scratches which were on my car. So now as i sent an email yesterday to contact the website for the refund there is no reply. As the product was not worth as shown i request yourll to please tell the website to take the product and grant me full refund and i will send them the details for the refund. My order id is#wc119114. Such an expensive product brought online which is useless is a loss for me. Please help me and revert back as soon as possible.

I purchased portable wireless speaker rs-1499. When i unboxing the box i'm surprised, i've received other product, but i'm compromised about it and press the power on switch then i'm shoked the speakers are damage. I'm trying to contact with the wittycart team but they have no response. Wittycart creating with us. Pls stop this type cheater. I want to return this product. I want to refund my money.

I ordered a posture corrector from witty cart and it is useless.in the description it says it is a magnetic posture corrector and it is of no use. It looks like they just copied the real product and stitched it. I want to return that product asap.
I am highly disappointed of the product. It is a complete waste of money. It is a fake product and not at all equal to what it shows on their website.
I immediately sent a mail to wittycart regarding this product's condition, but no reply came from their side. I want to raise my voice against these type of frauds and want my payment refund.
They are not contacting us.

I had ordered an item by wittycart by order id wc78693 and same was delivered on 09/03/2019 as soon i opened the product and found it damaged when i contacted the courier guy but no response further i wrote severe mails to which i haven’t received any replies hence request you to take seaver action and see to that they return my cash paid at earliest failing with which i shall see you in court..

I had order one adjustable magnetic posture corrector dated 28/02/2019 invoice number wc73497, i received on 4/02/2019.
I didnt receive the product that was shown and described me on the website while placing order, there is no magnet in the product, it is not that was displayed on thier website. I want to return and want my refund as soon as possible. Thankyou

I want to return the product, i'm not satisfied with this product, so please take ur product back as soon as possible, the product is totally different so i'm disappointed even for that, the product is made in china, the product is so cheap made from cheap materials, i want to return this product...

I purchased a posture correction belt via facebook ad on wittycart. So i was not asked to create an account on wittycarts as i came via facebook.

I purchased the item and when received it came to my notice that it is very bad quality item. Immediately i emailed [protected]@wittycart.com about return but they have not replued to the email. There is no proper procedure of returning the goods to the company.

The company is a cheat and fraud and have no value for its customers.

I have ordered the WC 68182 portable cloth steamer in cash on delivery and paid the bill after receiving the product but when I opened the box, the product is already damaged . When I called the courier boy and told about the damaged product from which I received the product and paid the bill of Rs 2000/-, he refused to give any help or assistant
I want to exchange my product or want my cash back as soon as possible because I am not happy with the service that company talking about .

I brought smart watch from wittycart, product got delivered in just 2 days. Packaging of product was worst. Just like someone has stolen company packing and replaced his own watche with original one. I had ordered wc1 smart watch through witty cart on line vide order no. Wc46090 on 30 december 2018. I received the parcel of smart watch. When opened for putting sim card it is observed that the battery is fully damaged and had become shapeless, balloon type. When i tried to put it back it was not possible to fit it again. I am really surprised to receive such a damage battery from you. It's poor product

I purachased a watch from wittycart.com. It took 4 days to delivered. It was delivered through Blue dart courier service.Once I received the watch it was not working and not charging. It cost me 2000 rupees. Same day I went back to courier service to return the item, they couldn’t take it back...No customer care services. Sent several mails and complaints through website until now no response. They are cheating the consumers.. Have to file a case against them, seems like they are fraud.
