I have registered for IAS prelims exam preparation course worth 2000.00 . they provided online video tutorials for that course and asked me if I want offline videos. I agreed to that. And when I got offline video materials, it was completely different ( bank PO material instead of IAS course) and they have taken back online access as I have offline videos. When i complaint about it hey keep on mailing that it was confirmed with me before...
