I ordered a men's wear in this website. After payment of cash I received an email. But until now I didn't receive my package. I couldn't reach them. They even deleted the email account they used and they cheated. Please see to my issue and let me know as soon as possible....

The transaction of rs 399 has been made but no product delivered. Not even a single call from from this so called cheater/fraud woethnic....

Received completely wrong products from the order # 21433 from the website https://woethnic.com/. i have paid 1998 rs on cash on delivery. I am unable to contact with the details available in their website as their email address - [protected]@woethnic.com is bouncing and phone num [protected] was not working.

I wanted to to return the wrong products and get my money back. Attaching the order and wrong products received images....

I had ordered a "graceful teal colour with blue border soft silk designer saree" from their website and they delivered a cheap, grey colured wrong product and took ₹999 from me at the time of delivery.
I tried many times to call them, even whatsapp them but got no response. Even their cell no. Is switched off.
Am thinking that this site is fake.
This should not be the service. The products shown on the wabsite are too...

We had ordered a green silk saree worth rs.999 online from a website by the name woethnic. They had posted an advertisement on facebook. That is where we booked it from. We gave all the necessary details. When we opened the delivered parcel there was no green silk saree but a blue cotton saree which may not be worth even 200 rupees. There is no exchange policy. On the site it is written that we need to courier it back to them if we dont want....
