Women Creations Complaints & Reviews

I have recieved my order which i was booked on 18 nov 2020 through instagram in women creations website.but my product is totally different which i recieved today.i have to return my product nd refund my amount.

I have ordered my product through womencreation.com and the order number is wc0005074 but it has provided me with wrong product and charged 4700 rupees for that. The product i have ordered for was completely different and its poor fabric quality product and when i have tried to complaint against that, the phone number provided on site is switched off and on whatsapp the customer support executive is not responding even after viewing my message. Kindly help me with this or let me know how to sort it!
