I ordered from axis bank grab deal a big basket voucher of 1500 rs my order id is[protected] my money is deducted and it showed my payment is failed

Plzz unblock my account...

I Purchased a flipkart E-Gift (Instant Voucher) on (oct 04, 2021, 11:45), the transaction was successful and money debited from my account.
paid via phonepay, not get the gift card till now and not get any response. when i contacting via phone which always says all our representatives are busy.
so, I was mailed 8 times but reply not get only get computer generate email and till now no response.
And also my account was blocked.
please help.

Through fraud calls {[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]} from shine.com company . They used our bank account and deducted all available balance through my bank account . I checked my bank statement then I got to know that they used (woohoo) website . Sir i'm belongs to very poor family .and I want my money back .and hope sooo that u help uss to find them.
