I have registered a complaint regarding my jacuzzi in october 2017, there is no response from the customer care side. It's almost 4 months and i haven't received even a single call regarding the complaint. My jacuzzi has just become a show piece. It is unmistakably the fault of the service centre officials. They don't respond, nor they pick up the call....
