Wow Momo Complaints & Reviews

I went to wow momo outlet at bangur avenue, kolkata and ordered 2 veggie pan fried momos with tomato garlic sauce but the staffs gave me 2 veggie pan fried momos with schzewan sauce. I could not go back to the outlet for returning the momos as some guests arrived at my home. So, i request you to either refund my money or give two veggie pan fried momos with tomato garlic sauce within 15 days. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

I'm currently in Forum mall ordered chicken cheese momo for Rs. 163. I can understand the food takes time to prepare but having cockroaches in the momo is not acceptable. Moreover the food was served without any spoon or fork. Had to ask for it. Though they are planning to change my order and give me a fresh one but this unhygienic products kills the appetite. Please provide hygienic food or simply shut your outlet if you cannot manage.

I have purchased wow momo from raghunathgarh/espalanade mall/bhubaneshwar on 11/03/2019 worth rs 273 using dr. Card. Once sweeping the card the shop casher said your payment has not confirmed &you pls. Swipe the card again. As no messages instantly received from the bank i have swiped the card again and paid rs273 for which again no messages received from the bank. After 4 hrs. When message (S) were received from the bank it seems that amt. Has been debitted twice. At the time of delivery of food the cashier was retained the bill. Iwant the refund of false dr. Amt.

But they refused to accept the coupon and they said that the food was finished but after a few minutes a lady came and asked for the same order they gave her... I asked how can they produce chicken if it was finished please look into the matter because it gets worse your company runs just because o[censored]s and if we turn our faces then what and why do you wanna suffer just because of some ruthless employees just throw them out so next time when you put good employees to work you get good response from people and we all love wow momo.. That's why we are angry and concerned

I got a by one get one coupon by booking movie ticket through bookmyshow. As attached in terms & conditions, it was clearly written that I would get the free item of SAME or lesser price of the ordered item. In Spencer's, Axis mall, Kolkata I ordered a chicken cheese fried momo which costs 120/- but they told that the free item i would get was chicken steam momo which costs 85/- & even I would not get that and I would get a veg steam momo because their excuse was that chicken was finished. But at the same time when someone else ordered chicken momo they accepted the order. Then what does that mean? The chicken was available only for ordered item? And when I told about the terms & conditions that I would an free item of that SAME or lesser price, the simply refused like a street food shop. Even they don't have the courtesy of working in a branded momo shop. Their attitude was like do whatever you want.
