Wtc Gift City Gandhinagar Complaints & Reviews

Hi,
We invested in 3 units in Gift City (Tower C), Gandhinagar (Ahmedabad) and they promised us an assured return every month.

Since September 2022 they have stopped giving assured returns and even after several Phone Calls and Emails I didn't received any proper answer.

I hear they are coming up with new projects,
- Gift City Surat
and many others

I would advice the people to not fall in the trap of assuming everything is documented and things are safe as you can clearly see most of the people are facing issues with
- POSSESSION DATE AND ASSURED RETURNS

So, please invest your money carefully as it might get stuck and you will have nowhere to go but just complain on forums like this.

I would request people who have invested in Gift City Gandhinagar and those who are facing issues to get in touch with me so we can together try to raise the concern.

I have been follow up since many months with WTC Gift City for my old outstanding amount which is nearly Rs 160, 000 but they said you will during possession. The project already delayed more than 3 years now same for returned, Kindly support on this matter...
