Kindly connect as we are not satisfied with our services.
Foremost the sales team is clueless of what we choose n what they are back n forth offering us when each and everything was penned down at the store then why did the salespeople forgot n need to be reminded in the form of paint to furniture to the time they are taking and spoiling our tiles n finished flooring also.
Who Wil take the responsibility when it was commuted to be completed at a given time.
We had from
Day one told that the wall corners are pointed and kindly ask ur painter to finish it properly n miter it so that it does not break - photos were given - we insisted that before fixing kitchen and wardrobes finish this but it was not done - WHY ?????
It is not acceptable and I will escalate it to another level.

Please don't say this is not wurfel culture and don't provide with the toll-free number who are clueless

I have bought (custom built) Wurfel kitchen around 2 years back. Sorry to say but quality is worst compared to any local brand. The handles have started rusting, skirting comes out frequently, the poor quality clip breaks, screw caps struggle to stay in position. At one place, the laminate has bulged.

Service - lesser we say is better. In spite of various calls, no one bothers to attend or respond back. Even when respond, they give some promise which is not met.

This product is not at all localized. For example. shelf can hardly take any load and it bends. It is only meant for light weight cup saucer. There are extremely limited service staff who run around without adequate preparation.

In summary, it is a very poor quality product.
