I had placed an order for a softtoy and flowers to be delivered to my sister on her birthday.
I had ordered this on 19th May 2010 to be delivered on 20th May. Prior to booking I had inquired and after trying for a long time my phone was attended to by a rude lady who told me that they will make delivery by 4PM for sure.

and for 1/2 kg of sweets...
my order no. is .CART23883208
It hasend been delivered, and they are cheating people by odering it online.
Kindly take serious action aginst them.
Hard- earned money is going in to the hands of cheaters.
I have lost my 661 Rs.
i tried calling their Customercare no. :- [protected], a lady...
