I had placed an order for Cake and a bunch of flowers to be delivered to my son in Bangalore on his birthday through www.Bangaloreonlinemall.com . Order No. CART28604571.


I regret to inform you that the quality of the cake and the flowers were of very poor standard. The cake was smelling and stale and not worth human consumptioment n. The flowers were also not fresh. It was a huge embassment...

Dear all i ordered annivesry cake from bangaloreonlinemall.com.In that site they show the combo product of cakes and flowers.
But at the time of delivery they shipped only cakes not flowers as they commited.And when i call to customer care ([protected]) that lady was not even listen to my problem she shout on me.
Very poor Customer care executive.And manner less lady i ever seen
