I ordered on 20th may, 2017 and strictly mention and conveyed that order should be delivered on that day mid night only and charged 300 rs. Extra as delivery charges. But they failed to do so. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me 100% amount as they say. After that i contacted them on 10-15 times but they didn't processed my refund later they asked me to deliver the order next day early morning but they delivered too late and no...

I Ordered for 14th Feb 16 and strictly mention and conveyed that order should be delivered on 14th feb only. But they failed to do so. I order flowers for my partner for valentines day. They charged my card and sent nothing!

when I called to check the status. they just lied to me saying its delievered. I checked with my partner and nothing was delivered. then when I called to complain they hung up on me!

More than money I feel sad that my partner didnt recieve flowers on this special day.

My order has not been delivered. There is no answer from the company's phone nor from their emails. This is a fraudulent site fleecing money from innocent people. I ordered well in time for Raakhi. Payment has been taken from my account but no sign of delivery. There is no way to follow this up via email or via phone because of non response . I feel frustrated and helpless....
