I have ordered a birthday gift from this site on May 28 . But till now no response from the team. They have given the support numbers ( [protected], [protected]) But they pick up and after I spell two words they will disconnect the call.. Later No one will pick up the call.. Even after n number of emails to them [protected]@giftstobangalorecity.com, [protected]@giftstobangalorecity.com I have not received a single response.

I have placed an order of 1 dozen mangoes to www.giftstobangalorecity.com online on 24th March 2014. the delivery date of the goods was 31st March 2014, which is not delivered yet. After 31st of March i start follow up for my delivery, but the company is not responding me. i tried several times to contact the company, most of the time they are putting me on hold & several times the disconnect my call.

ORDER NO : GTBC-0899.The gift was to be delivered on 19 April 2013. when we called up the person informed us that the gift will be delivered in 15 min. Till date the gift is not delivered .The company people are not receiving any calls and neither replying to any mail.

Hi,
I ordered through this website http://www.giftstobangalorecity.com/ flowers and cake for my niece in Bangalore on the 9th April.Order and invoice number GTBC-0889. The order was supposed to be delivered on 14th April. The order was not delivered. I tried to phone them but no reply. I have emailed them but also no reply.
They have taken Rs 1540 from my account. Dont know what to do now but dont want anyone else to order...

I am writing this with great dissappointment.
I had ordered two gifts worth Rs 3000/- through www.giftstobangalorecity.com website. I had placed order on 4th Feb 2012 and asked them to deliver by 8th Feb 2012 10am. When I called up at 12 noon, they said that its not yet delivered and will do it by evening 5pm. On the same night, status of my order was changed to Delivered.
