I had booked the Online order through www.Indiaflowerplaza.com, wide order no. CART28473977 dt. 22nd July for Product ID : CC036 (Chocolate Cake with 12 Red Roses Bunch (1/2 Kg) on occusion of my uncle retirement, it should be deliver on 30th July 2011, as there commitment, since yestrday 30th July 2011, I called to Indiaflowerplaza.com regarding of delivery, but hey shouting me instead of listening anything & telling me that your order...

I have ordered to deliver flowers (roses) and chocolates on 14 th feb through india flower plaza. The order no is CART27056182 and it cost me Rs 825.

The contact no given by them on their site is switched off since yesterday. And they are not entertaining my email complaints as well.

This is purely cheating and worst service. They can never realized the magnitude of emotional atyachar i faced yesterday.
