I have odered a Rakhi to canada on 9 August. Order number is Hlfg[protected], Today is 16 August and order didnt get delivered till now and status is showing pending.

The amount got deducted

I tried my best by calling the customer care number [protected] several times a day.

They never responded to any mails or calls.

This is my hope that some action will be taken against them...
