I ordered philips 30000 mah power bank but it's no 30000 mah and also not philips company. And usb port also defective. I don't have any expectations from u. Plz. Sir do sencirly your job. Do not make fool the costumer. I want to replace it and get original product. There is no facility to contact the costumer care. Plz sir i want to talk your manager of serving product so i clear my doubt....

Today I received a SMS of that your order no 202370 is canceled & RS 8999 Refunded. it's credit in your A/C/Card n 2-3 working days but sometime it's take upto 10 working days depend on your bank.
