The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I HAVE ORDER ONE MAXIMA WATCH TO GIFT MY SISTER. BUT WHEN I RECEIVED WATCH . IT IS DAMAGED AND ALSO IN USED CONDITION. WHEN I CALL CUSTOMER CARE OF watchkart.com THEY SEND ME REFUND CHEQUE AFTER ONE MONTH WITH WRONG NAME WRITTEN ON IT. AND THEN I AGAIN CALL THEM. BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT GET MY MONEY BACK. EVEN AFTER 2 MONTHS...

Never by anything from Watchkart.com as they will send product of their choice, in fact not even checking your order and will not refund or replace if asked. They will simply disconnect the chat or call if we contact their customer care regarding the issue.
