I am airtel user now why should I do special recharge of wynk music . It is free for airtel users. Though I'm a gold member in Airtel recharge app I'm still getting add subscription. I hope you will look in to this matter and help us Thank you.

Airtel provides free caller tune from wynk music but wynk is losing many Bollywood movies songs
Eg. "Behen hogi teri"
We cannot request for hello tune for its songs
And there are many others also
I am unable to find "Tenu na bol pawaan" song which i was using sjnce last 1.5 year

I recently ported my bsnl sim to airtel . As wynk give free subscription with Airtel recharges. I also got one. But when i try to download songs in wynk music, they ask me to recharge with their premium plans. As i am airtel user now why should I do special recharge of wynk music . It is free for airtel users. And doing complaint to wynk music about this matter. They say that you should be platinum member of airtel for accessing free wynk music. While in my airtel app it is clearly mentioned that customers under silver, gold and platinum all are eligible for wynk free music subscription. Then why wynk is asking me specially for a designated recharge for accessing their premium plans.The proof is attached below.

Please take a proper look on this matter ASAP.

Have renewed my wynk music pack for year but it still shows that app has not been renewed twice I've paid money for it but it still doesn't work.

Just getting pop ups and Music stops playing This is really very annoying even after taking paid service if this is the response of service provider then what to expect don't know...
