XcelServ is my second company. Joined it just a couple of weeks before the lockdown was announced. And I’m glad I joined it. The company is amazing in terms of job security. Haven’t faced any salary or work related issues so far.

I am given complete freedom in choosing my working hours and how I want to complete my work. Since the day lockdown was announced, I have working from home and enjoying my work life balance.

I have spent around 6 years in XcelServ Solutions. The work environment and culture is nice. HR and managers care about the employees.

The company is really good in terms of job security and work-life balance. I worked here from 2016 to 2019. My overall work experience was good.

XcelServ is a company where you can work and gain good knowledge and experience. Management is fair to all and offers equal opportunities to everyone to learn and grow.

Now place to work on your skills, especially if you are in digital marketing team. I have learned a lot in past two years. Never had salary or hike related issues.

Hired and fired many employees without pay. Neha is the manager who promises that they will get paid on time. Salary was delayed every month and then fired me without pay.

NEHA as process manager there; so greedy for money using youth like labor there & making outbound sales... She will hire you first of all with a very smiling face & after that, she will fire asap without paying a single rupee. All...

i am strictly giving you the advise to not to join this company...this is a bpo in udhogya vihar,gurgaon....they have a fake & fraud process in it to make us & UK customers scare about virus in their computers..after that they are playing a fake scanning software on their computer(after taking remote access)...after this they are charging with them a huge amount of 100 pounds...for their fake soft wares... for this Cyb crime they are doing all the efforts & using the youth to work...fake commitment of high salary on paper....up to 30k...
be careful from them because they are completely fraud & they can waste your complete month also....without paid....
