I am a part of a young and dynamic team. We like working together. Even though my team is working from home since March 2020, we meet online almost every other day and discuss work and life.

Overall life at Xcelserv is nice. 5 days working and offs on all Indian holidays. Managers and supervisors rarely deny leaves.

मै एक कंपनी में २०१५ से कार्य कर रहा था और मुझे प्रमोशन भी मिला और मेरी सैलरी भी बढ़ाई गयी इन ५ साल में। लेकिन २६ फरवरी को मेरी कंपनी ने एक नोटिस दिया जिसको कंपनी परफॉरमेंस इम्प्रूवमेंट पालिसी बोलती है। मैंने उस लेटर के साथ साथ मेल का भी रिप्लाई एक माफी नामा के तौर पर किया। लेकिन मुझे २८ मार्च को मुझे एक मेल प्राप्त हुआ जो मेरे पर्सनल मेल पैर कमपनी द्वारा भेजा गया था। और कंपनी से निकाले जाने का मेल था। और मेल भी मेरे जॉब टाइम ख़त्म होने के बाद किया गया और उसके बाद मेरी सारे कमपनी की मेल ीोर दूसरी सेवा बंद कर दी गयी। और लेटर में लिखा गया था आपका फुल एंड फाइनल पेमेंट ४५ दिन के बाद किया जायेगा। और मेरी फरवरी महीने की भी सैलरी नहीं दी गयी है। और मैंने कंपनी को कितनी बार मेल किया और कंपनी की तरफ से सटटलेमेंट लेटर भी भेजा गया मुझे और मैंने उसे पढ़ा और एक्सेप्ट भी किया और मैंने मेल पर उनको सरे डिटेल्स और रिप्लाई दिया जैसा उन्होंने बोला था। लेकिन मेरी सैलरी और फुल एंड फाइनल पेमेंट आज तक नहीं मिली. अब आगे मै क्या करू।
