Parcel is not yet delivered to me
HI, I have not received any parcel on Tracking Id/ AWB number[protected] . But in DTDC Tracking sites there is mentioned "DELIVERED". Please tell me where is my parcel. I have not received any call from DTDC also. This is serious thing. Please show me your deliver slip. Please reply me asap.

Non delivery of product send via AWB 070043827

I had ordered books from ICAI via online and the book was couriered via Xfas courier and the shipment was made on 9/4/14 from Delhi to reach Trivandrum, however till date i.e 17/4/14 the shipment is not delivered. When enquired with delhi office they would advise to call cochin office where the guy is unaware of the status of the parcel and even assures to get the status atleast at the earliest after which there is no news of him until I contact him again uselessly. The people are not even ready to disclose actual status of the courier which was something I needed urgently and made to wait without any result till date still unknown of the actual status of it.

The same problem I am facing now. ICAI dispatched my orders on 30/04/2014 through X- FAS Courier but not reached in my delivery address in Ernakulum. I sent a mail to ICAI sale office they given me the contact details of FAS- courier service office number[protected] and of Mr. Vinay [protected]. When I contacted in their land line first they given a mobile number in Bangalore but that person can't explain anything and given a mobile number of person in Ernakulam. The person in Ernakulum is saying that the books are not reached in Ernakulum. Now Mr. Vinay in New Delhi is not answering to my call so that I don't have any idea as to what to do. Since I am staying in Doha - Qatar I lost too much money in calling all these offices. Please let me know what you done and you received the courier now or not.
