Dear Sir
A courier packet to Mumbai collected by XFAS person Rameshbhai [protected] on[protected]. Till now the courier has not been delivered and no body is giving satisfactory answer and giving feedback that the parcel has been lost. Consignment no. 7527508.

Resolved
The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. Non delivery of courier
I had ordered materials from ICAI via online and the book was couriered via
Xfas courier and the shipment was made on 11/4/14 from Delhi to reach
Dharmapuri, however till date i.e 22/4/14 the shipment is not delivered.
When enquired with delhi office they would advise to call bangalore office, then call to bangalore ofice they cant pick up the phone, they attend and cut my phone, and its always busy, there is no response...
