Non Delivery of Courier Jamiya

Dear Sir
A courier packet to Mumbai collected by XFAS person Rameshbhai [protected] on[protected]. Till now the courier has not been delivered and no body is giving satisfactory answer and giving feedback that the parcel has been lost. Consignment no. 7527508.

Non delivery of courier
I had ordered materials from ICAI via online and the book was couriered via
Xfas courier and the shipment was made on 11/4/14 from Delhi to reach
Dharmapuri, however till date i.e 22/4/14 the shipment is not delivered.
When enquired with delhi office they would advise to call bangalore office, then call to bangalore ofice they cant pick up the phone, they attend and cut my phone, and its always busy, there is no response and even there is no hello,
I contact him again uselessly. The people are not even
ready to disclose actual status of the courier which was something I
needed urgently and made to wait without any result till date still
unknown of the actual status of it, and i need this urgent, please anyone help me and i dont know how to get the courier from them.

nadirsha's response The same problem I am facing now. ICAI sent my orders also on 30/04/2014 but not reached in my delivery adress in Ernakulam, Kerala. I sent a mail to ICAI sale office they given me the contact details of FAS- coureier service but this people told me they will enquire and after that they are not attending my calls. Please let me know what you done and you received the courier now. Please email me at [protected]@gmail.com
