I've purchased xolo black 1x in last year, i was working fine, good thing is xolo black 1x doesnt hang,

I don't use much this phone bcz i have another android with me for last few years, but i bought xolo black 1x bcz i liked design and configuration & i wanted one extra standby phone for emergency. So i hardly used it for 4-5months after purchasing,

My problem is..
Before few months there was battery...

Mobile is in serivce centre raigarh cg, but problem not solved, i like to inform you that i have complaint in forum raigarh
I have paid rs.3500/-cash for tuch change in warrenty period but all in van & service centre not given me the receipt of amount.br...

I submitted my Xolo Q800 (IMEI ) to your service centre on 02/06/2014 for minor problem in camera function. I went to xolo service centre shreeji communincation Navranjpura, ahmedabad.at that time they took my mobile for service at that time they did not know how to repair this mobile . So they destroyed my mobile by them self . but not answer any person of Xolo company. they are not responding yet i went 10 to 20 time Mr. Chitranjan...

Last year I was impressed by the features provided by Xolo Company, thats why I bought 2 phones
1. A1000 in Apr 2013 and
2. Q2000 in Jan 2014.

From Jan 2014, the phonestart/restart button stopped working. In that case, when Phone goes in sleepmode, we could unlock only when connect to charger or phone restarts. If bychance phone switched off, we wait till the next set phone alarm during whichit...
