Poor Quality locks and finishing

I had purchased a digital yale lock model no.YDM 7116 A in rose gold color, the color of the lock went off within six months and on complaining the same to the company they dint take any action even though the lock in under warranty.Worst service never buy Yale locks.

U have purchased yale digital lock ymf40 for 40000 rupees but after 2 years it's senson stopped working. The technician came and asked to replace the mortise (Price 7000 approx). Please don't buy yale locks better u go to aliexpress.com and buy digital lock. Same lock will cost u 6000 rupees. Please warranty on yale digital locks in google, you are amazed to see the result they state that yale locks are free from any defect, they are best etc etc. This is all fake if they are free from defect than why don't they provide warranty for 3, 4 years. They cheaters.

complaint against IBM's slow service
I copy my email of complaint below and wait for their response, if any.
Dear Sir or Madam,
This is a COMPLAINT against your service! I made an order of your computer on Aug. 28, and then have had a painful time waiting for your processing. With an order there, I cannot buy another computer, which I am planning to do. Therefore, I ask that 1) you immediately process my order and give me a reply; 2) if you're to approve the order, deliver the computer to me immediately( to arrive before Sep 10), through express delivery at no charge of me; 3) If you cannot do what I ask, cancel the order and give me a prompt reply!
I'm a student of Yale. My friend who orderd MacBook at the same time with me has already received the computer. I will publicize my purchase experience with your company in Yale public forum to let people compare by themselves.
Also, to ensure that you see this complaint, I will send it five times to you.
