The pages of concerned website are not visible. It shows the authority in poor light. Will the concerned authority look into it.

the web site is unavailable since yesterday.
i think this YEA is not competent enough to deal with this website problem, maybe they need good computer expert.
i have tried a hell lot of times from morning till midnight, but the case is still the same.

I hv applied for 2x300mt. plots. Im trying since 17th morning but till date Yamuna Express Authority web site is not working. Even if the home page is accessed after countless tries the draw result page is not available. This is very frustrating. First date of draw was postponded fm August to November helding our money for so long and now we have no clue we have received a plot. Is there some one in authorities taking note of this. Why can not they declare the results in a National News Paper in Black and White. How much money will it take. Hv not the authority earned enough by just holding on to our deposit money.

I fully agree with the concerns. Such practices are not new and YEA can not claim ignorance. The UP govt already has so many authorities in immediate neighbouhood like NOIDA and Ghaziabad. They must pay compensation and interest to all the applicants for the inordinate delay in holding of the draw. If they are planning to add more plots, why delay this scheme, they can come out with another scheme later on. Whatever be the reasons, it defies all common sense and logic that authorities announce schemes and collect money from the public without any planning and accountability

Yes, at the time of advertisement these thigs would have been decided so aplicants are not responsible for that and hence they dont need to pay extra amount.

SC should look in to the matter and do the needful.

I have heard that there has been fraud for Yamuna expressway plots draw of 14th October. The same has been carried out with the help of YEA Offcials. The plots are being sold in the secondary market.

I have applied for 500 sq. mtr. actual draw is axpected in the month of August, 09. The same was extended upto October, 09. In the meen time Axis Bank send the information to pay additional amount. We have paid the same also.

Now, the draw date has been extended upto 17.11.09.
Please let us know actual status, we can not bear interest part so long.

some person says that there is problem created by authorties officer taking donation from the dealer for fraud in comuter draw ,those person have more than one plot they give money to justify the plot other than normal person who are not giving money and they donot justify the plot.why? it is true.give detail and justify if it is not true ?

Meerut Development Authority — regarding ved vyas puri residential plot scheme

this authority had launched the said scheme and draw date was fixed 26th Aug 2009, but recently in a new paper, it deffered for draw and give new date for draw. All such type of authorities has made a practice of same type to block the money of applicant. What are the reason to postponed the draw? It should also be disclosed. These authorities should come under certain guidelines for proper functioning and these should be responsible for such crimes.

These tpye of authority always delayed the Draw, and create problem for subscriber.

it is the usual tendence onthe part of mda to postpone dtaws from notified dates. it may be either to block the applicants money or for some other reasons. but such things create a very bad image of mda in the minds of common public andmore particularly the applicants.not only ved vyas puri residential plot scheme, even the draw for lohya nagar pkt b has been postponed several times perhaps for some extraneous reasons. such frequent incidents of postponements haveto be probed into for remedial action in future

I believe that the delay was due to addition of more land and that increases the probability of the draw results for every applicant. Furthermore in all such scemes it is clearly indicated that there could be a delay of draw date so everyone must consider before filling in the application. however your initial money is safe. refund will can be expected within three weeks from date of draw.

I have applied for this scheme through AXIS Bank's Financial scheme in which I paid 9500/- to the bank. But as now the draw date has been extended by 2 months, the bank is demanding 5500/- more to continue the loan.
I don't know, what I shall do in this condition?

IS THAT NECESSORY TO PAY RS 2200 TO BANK IF I WANTS TO CONTINNUE IN THE SCHEME?

why bank asking for extra intrest, has it taken into a/c postponment of date for application by 15 days initialy. further intrest burden shall be born by Y.E.Autority as onus of delay lies on autority.

BANKS ARE THE BUSINESS ORG WHEN DRAW DATE POSTPOND THEN THEY HAVE TO ASK THE EXTRA MONEY.

I am disappointed due to postponment of draw date. Due to late draw, I am unable to chose other option available in the market. Further more extra burdon of interest rate by the Axis bank has also created problem. Y.E.Authority must take a note and compensate the same.

has responsibility been fixed for postponement of draw of lots?why should an applicant whose money is already blocked, should suffer?any one listening?

Due to deviation from the terms and conditions of the brochure i.e. extended date of draw by two months, applicants who are not interested in the scheme due to this delay, please be refunded full application/registration money without deducting Rs. 5000/- as mentioned in the terms and condition.

In this residential scheme they have not clarified the exact location that is why we are not in a position to know the distance from New Delhi Raiway Satation, Anand Vihar Bus terminal etc. So if any body have the exact knowledge about this please let me know. So that we can take decision about investing money in this scheme.

I want to withdraw from this sceam because the location is too far from the pari chowk and it's take too much time to developed.most important there is no law and order situation in that specific location where plots are planned .there is no investor who is interested to block his money there are so many opetions to make profit from our investment.

MDA Chairman has given the money to the Mayawati government and they havent returned it back. since the plots have already been fixed for insiders, the MDA is currently not in a position to refund the money to those who will not get the plot. it has therefore postponed the draw. your money is lost people!!! just think that you gave "chanda" to govt.

I have applied for a plot in MDA Meerut for Ved Vyas Puri in the month of May 2009. They declared date of draw in brochure 26 July 2009. Why MDA Meerut block our money I dont know but we are aware financial loss due to it because we have this money of purchase of a plot/ flat. I am in problem please help this consumer.

Both Axis bank and YEA are handcuffed to make money in this scheme by delaying, both Axis bank and authorities making money. SC of India can only save poor peaple of India. Because Axis bank and UP government involve many such schemes and no one know about application status if any applicant applied through loan and his name will be in draw list. The way forms collected by Axis bank without proper documents, half filled and with lots of cutting correction difficult to belive name in draw. Good luck to Axis bank loan applicants and god bless.

The authority must pay the interest to the customers immediately otherwise we have to knock the doors of the consumer court.

Further extension of the 300 m Plot draw till 17 Nov 09 is completely wrong and unjustifiable. YEA must take appropriate action. Either pay interest to the applicants or conduct the draw on time.

My Father has applied in this scheme - yamuna expressway industrial development Authority scheme for residential plots. Scheme Code 2009 ( 1 ).There is a link provided to see application status for eligible applications on their sight but no information is availabe, It says INFO NOT FOUND. this authority had launched the said scheme and draw date was fixed 8th Aug 2009, but recently in a new paper, it deffered for draw and give new date for draw. All such type of authorities has made a practice of same type to block the money of applicant. What are the reason to postponed the draw? It should also be disclosed. These authorities should come under certain guidelines for proper functioning and these should be responsible for such crimes.

As per the notification on website list of eligible applicants should be available with effect from 5.10.09 but list for plot size 300 and 500 sqm is not availble wheras list for 1000 and above size is available on site which shows that some thing is going to be wrong.

YEA is being secretive about the draw everything is being done behind curtains applicants are kept in dark .
despite number of requests neither acceptance of my application no 33434 has been confirmed nor the list of eligible applicants for 300mtr plot is being displayed on YEA site i think matter is reqd to be taken to court for justice

Draw held for 14-Oct-2009 includes >=1000 sq mtrs plots only for GEN category.

Once again a delay of draw by the authority. This time they have announced the date on 14.10.2009 for the resedintial plots scheme for 4000, 2000, and 1000 sq. mtrs. The draw for 500, and 300 sq. mtrs. has fixed for 17.11.2009. Why not on the same date or just near by date? It is a known fact that most of the people had taken loan from the financial institutions and in every delay they supposed to pay a huge amounts to the financial institutions as interest. It seems that delay in the draw are not just blocking the money to give benefits to the authority, it could be a sharing hands with the financial institutions too.

Axis Bank is demanding more interest which is not ethical, if incase it levied such extra charges authority has to settel it down

I am surprised to see that the Yamuna Expressway Authority has not included the forms for draw which was deposited for 300 mt. size plots. they have posted the names of elligable applicants who have applied for much bigger plots say 1000, 2000mt.plots. will any one explain what they are doing .first by extending date for draw and now not including application s for 300mt plots

I want to know the status of my application form no. G: 06060 for Yamuna Expressway Residential Plot Scheme 2009 (1), whose draw is going to be made on 14.10.2009

I have applied for 1000mtr. plot and have to deposit furtherRs.4700/-app.this is extra burden put by authority. this may be adjusted if the plot drawn. This can compansate the damege.

This authority has no land for the present redidential scheme. It seems that they will be able to provide plots after 20 years or so from the date of draw They are making fool. we should withdraw from the scheme immediately to avoid further loss of money.

The next Public Notice by YEA would be :

"Due to suffering from dengue fever, all officers and staff are hospitalised, hence the draw proposed to be held on 17.11.2009 is being postponed for 2014"

This is totally rediculous that they block the public money for their own profit. the drwa has been posponed for long time. they should be giving ineterst on this money for the period they extended. why should public pay interest to bank who took the loan. shame on the authority.

The entire play stinks - I pity myself and all of you that we have to face such shameless malpractices conducted by YEA. First they postpone the closing date opf acceptance of forms. What was the basis - If applications received were less than alloted plots then YEA should have ensured that ALL who applied within the date MUST be allotted a plot, any balance application should have gone for a draw.

Now draw dates have been postponed for below 1000 sq mtrs - This is shameful. Also, draw for 4000, 2000 and 1000 sq mtrs was done MANUALLY - why ? And if these plots could be allotted manually, why not remaining other plots (300 and 500 mtrs plots i.e.). And if software was not available for automated draw, why was the draw done on 14th Oct too was not postponed to 17th Nov. All a consumer wants is consistent and transparent policy.

Which court of law will accept such practices and policies of YEA? I think consumers need to stand up and take this conduct for a court to validate. Such lack of transparency by a Govt. institution only raises doubts on integrity of conduct.

The least we expect is RTI based information on already conducted draw as well as planned draw on 17th Nov.

1. Why did YEA not declare the list of eligble candidate.

Yeida is misusing the hard earned money of poor people as they have chosen to postponed the draw for 300 Sqr Mtr and 500 Sqr Mtr. In this category most of the genuine candidates are of lower middle class or middle class.There may be some nexus between Axis bank and Yeida Officials as Bank has already claimed extra interest on the registration money.

This is ridiculous scene on the part of Yedia. They have to understand the financial conditions of lower middle class before postponing the draw date for two months. Now they must compensate to the candidates appropriately.

But now situation is changed when jaypee made some heavy investment in that area with help of FII to develpop the area. So these mafia & beaurocrat are make setting to get alloted in that project. It is the fact that all software are used to obliged them. You can see in DDA scam it is shore that software that is used for allotment is rigged.But they are not disclosing it as there reputation get vanished in front of FII.So the fact is that they are make setting in mean time to get large portion of allotment . They software company is busy in making that software otherwise authority had the software before launching that scheme. As you know there are not many applicant in that scheme then how they are not ready for the scheme.Rules are made for general public but not for Beaurocrat, Politician and Mafia.

My application no. is G;45077 financed through axis bank, faridabad! Till today i do't know the my application status i.e if t has reached the concerned authority or not..As the date of draw has been delayed unilaterally by YEA..we have to pay extra interst to axis bank which is totally unethical and unfair and against the natural law of justice which should be strongly condemned and seeking for justice through consumer courts is an option for us!

I applied for 300 sq. mtr. plot through axis bank loan scheme.
The draw got extended but till now i have no information either from the Axis bank or YEA.
I just cheaked here that bank has been demanding more money but i din't get any information about this!! I am worried they may not have cancelled my application!

I am disappointed due to postponment of draw date. Due to late draw, I am unable to chose other option available in the market. Further more extra burdon of interest rate by the Axis bank has also created problem. Y.E.Authority must take a note and compensate the same.

Great, now their website is not working . you can imagine how much talented software firm they have appointed. You better know about the software the had made for this draw. Govt must appointed TCS, wipro type of firm ( these company doing this for other countries).

Today draw has taken place for 300 mtr plots. I am not staying in Greater Noida so can not see Draw list on board. I can not access website to know my status. Please confirm. My application No. 504957. Thanks
