I had booked a plot i.e plot no 372, 32nd Park View under Gaur Yamuna City and Builder has generated the Builder Buyer Agreement on the same date without final payment.

Later on undersigned has make the payment as per the scheduled but there was some dispute which was not responded by Builder and i have forced to make the entire payment with interest and penalty on Jan 2023.

I am Nilesh Agrawal, traveling from Agra to Delhi through Yamuna Expressway in my Car No. UP83AS9915 on 6.02.2022 and on Mathura Toll Tax one truck whose no. is UP16FT5677 hit my car and start running away. When I try to stopped him then firstly he try to cross the truck over me and then he stopped but he was so much drunk and managed to run away. No person on Toll Tax staff has supported and come to help.

Fast tag line is extremely slow. Regular jams in just 2 lanes kept for fast tag. Trucks regularly get stuck. Forced to pay cash or wait for the jam to clear.

I have not received the refund against the application no.RSD101529 of RPS-04/2021 scheme of YEIDA till now. I have paid Rs. 202400 for the same while applying for the plot under the scheme to YEIDA on 11/03/2021 and the plot is not alloted to me in draw and I have not received my refund also.. kindly refund my amount asap....

I applied for 60 SQM plot in this scheme RPS-04/2021 at Yamuna Expressway Authority, my Form Serial No: 12272 and mistakenly made the draft of INR: 112000 instead of INR 101200
i.e. I have paid extra amount of INR 10800.

As everybody know that nayati medicine mathura is famous for worst service, unexperience staff and wrong treatment. They even cannot handle a simple case of dengue/jaundice/heart attack/back pain, in mostly cases they create critical problem and than cannot handle later. My father admit in the same hospital for simple treatment of vomiting and fever.

The Yamuna express way authority & Axis Bank are playing games by delibratly extending the date of draw. The applicants are paying extra amt. of interest, if the plot size was to be increased & maunal draw wasn,t possible, was the authority sleeping before that dont have a software to carry out draw.
This is a serious issue of extracting money from the appilcants in a wrong way.

I have also applied in the scheme i.e. RESIDENTIAL PLOT SCHEME 2009 (1). But sir here i want to know that i had applied for this scheme under payment plan 2 (General category) for 300 sq mt.

So according to brochure information on page 2 under Payment Plan 2 authority have written that [" In this option of payment , the applicant shall have to pay 30% of the total premium of ......... For this option in the general category.......

this authority had launched the said scheme and draw date was fixed 8th Aug 2009, but recently in a new paper, it deffered for draw and give new date for draw. All such type of authorities has made a practice of same type to block the money of applicant. What are the reason to postponed the draw? It should also be disclosed. These authorities should come under certain guidelines for proper functioning and these should be responsible for such...
