Yashoda Hospital, Kaushambi Complaints & Reviews

Excessive billing by Yashoda hospital averaging Rs. 40-50K per day. Two lakhs paid for two days which includes 12K for Dr's visits and over 58K for medicines excluding oxygen, nebulisation and other things.
There was no procedure performed.
Drs visit and just say he is better instead of telling what was diagnosed and what treatment is being given.

Hospitality and services at yashoda hospital seems to be exceptional. But my recent visit to dr. Gj singh has ruined the image of the organization. I am compelled not to visit again and even advise my near ones to be caution with what has happened with me. I went to dr gj singh for my father's whole body check-up on[protected]. He advised him plenty of tests as required. Upon getting the reports, i visited him again on[protected] where advised my father to take certain medicines. Till this time every thing was going fine but the things got harsh when doctor refused to tell about the purpose of medicines that he wrote. He refused to described the medicines that he prescribed. He insulted me by saying that it is not required for me (As a attendant to my father) to know about the medication that he has suggested.
He was rude in his behavior while replying and said "tu kya karega jaanakar". He also compelled to buy the medicines from the hospital itself by saying that he will let us know about the medicines once we purchase them first. My father has cghs facility which i could have utilized for getting the medicines but it was doctor who compelled me to buy medicines form hospital. I am surprised and at the same time feels very disappointed with the way the doctors treat at this organization. From my the last visit, i can concluded that yashoda hospital kaushambi is more focused on business aspect rather than that treating patients in in the way they deserve. Highly disappointed with dr g j singh. Thankyou sir for such a harsh treatment.
