We don't wanted to see perman and pokemon movies which are been showing nowadays from afternoon... Plse stop it... We want doraemon and shinchan back...
Plse plse i'm requesting you to do the needful... We r not at all interested in such shows also majority of viewers are not at all interested in watching such senseless shows. Plse restart playing cartoon which are famous like doraemon and shinchan on air...

I am residing at i c colony and had purchased the attached set top box 2 years back from new sky vision now i have just shifted to the next lane and now the cable operator is eyesee vision.

Eyesee visions informed me that my attached set top box is not working and i have to pay rs. 2000 for new set top box can you please let me know how is that possible when the set top box was working fine in my old place and now all of a sudden it is not working.

Can you please intervene and sought this matter at the earliest.

I have already paid them full year’s charges, in case i have to buy new set top box i am not interested in this and would like a full refund for my payment.

Hope you will be able to sort this at your earliest.

NAME : HEDWICK DSOUZA ADDRESS: 402/B MAYFLOWER, 100 LADY FATIMA ROAD, POISAR .KANDAVALI, WEST, MUMBAI 400067, STB.NO.18e3606C2900fode. since one week no transmission .inspite of repeated reminders no response neighbours are also having the same greviences, cable operator not bothered and giving lame excuses like soft ware problem, etc.our suscription is Rs 300/ per month and paid without fail till date no outstanding and still service is very bad can anybody look into the matter and oblidge.

i am facing a lot problem since the time set top box has been installed. earlier sometime some channels was dissconected and some minor problems arises from time to time. but now we are unable to see anything. all channels are dissconected. we are paying the tariff on regular basis without any delay. but despite of paying full fees also we are getting zero service. i had called to You scod18 contact centre and he said me that the problem is from local cable operator, but when i asked local cable operator he replied that the problem is with head office, now everyone is blaming another. but being a customer i had paid fully for the set top box and in return getting zero service. nobody had attended for rectification of problem yet. this is a very serios issue coz lot number of customers are facing such a problem but nobody exactly knows what to do.

My name is Dipesh Shah,I have a cable connection supplied by YOU SCOD18 cable operators.They charge us in full the Sports channels rental charges..Bt dnt show sports channels wen required.They r showing two sports channels ryt now 1 is Star Cricket & other is Sony Six.But dey dnt put up ESPN on weekends wen EPL is telecasted.The operators say that they dont change channels but what i have found is dey continously shift channels wen dey wont & dnt wen customer demands.
Either dey should reduce per month rental charges or Show the channels required.They reply that we need to buy set up box but until we are paying the rent for service they should show the channel.
