Refund of cancelled Darjeeling Hostel Booking

This is the 2nd time I am having bad experiences with YHAI. I had made a booking for Darjeeling Hostel in December, but in view of rising COVID cases, had to cancel it. I received a cancellation confirmation mail in December itself, but still have not received the refund. Every time I call or mail them, I am asked to wait. Very unprofessional behaviour on behalf of YHAI.

Neither they have any escalation contact nor do they...

no refund after cancellation fraudster company

They emailed that refund is processed but I never received any payment. Now I'm not getting any reply either and besides they're not picking up phone calls as well.

I canceled my saar pass trek before 3 months prior and I should get 50% refund of the total fees. I waited really long and they kept saying in emails that the money is with the bank and I should receive payment within next Monday. I don't know which month's Monday...

Refund after cancellation of booking

Address:Shimla, Himachal Pradesh

I had booked Hotel Satkaar at Shimla 4 bed Hotel for 29th April 2010. I had to prepone my travel plan due to some emergency. I went over there and requested to prepone my booking for 28th April 2010 they denied. I had paid all the booking amount 1100 rupees. Then I asked them for the refund but I could not get any refund beyond repeated folow ups.
Secondly this being YHAI facility smoking and drinking was strictly banned. br...
