Publish my data without my consent and won't remove it.

Zaubee has my company listing ALL wrong

They have my Phone listed as:
[protected], which is a non-working number.

My business number has ALWAYS been[protected] for the last 22 years.

They have my address listed as:

206 Race Street
Catasauqua, PA 18032
The photo of this location is a ### hole!!!

I was NEVER located at this location.

The last 18 years I have been at:
2893 Seemsville Road
Northampton PA 18067

Zaubee will be CONTACTed by my lawyer if they do not remove their fake listing.

My name is Jeff Souza, Nurse Practitioner at 87 Scripps Drive Sacramento, CA 95825.

The website, "Zaubee" has inaccurately listed my profession as "Doctor" instead of Nurse Practitioner.

Can you please assist in removing this listing as it could confuse and mislead people, as I am not a Doctor. It also exposes me to legal trouble for falsely representing myself.

This website has published incorrect information and a photo of an individual who is not me. This is misleading and confusing to potential clients and impacts my credibility online as well as the functioning of my business. Please remove this listing.

I have been trying to contact them multiple times over the weeks but with no response. They copied the information from my google business listing, however even after i deleted the google listing, Zaubee.com has not changed.

Tried contacting Zaubee several times to remove a review posted by myself as it has now been settled via legal route. No response and unable to edit or delete myself online.

Our client Casey Dentists confirmed that they never provided any content or images for the unauthorised listing under their name in Zaubee.
We have already contacted Zaubee asking them to remove it, but no response.
We demand that the listing is removed immediately, or we'll resort to the appropriate legal action.

Zaubee have published my company name Jane Lane Piano and given my old address in Llanfyllin instead of my new one at 198 Seabank Road, New Brighton, Wallasey CH455AG, and are not telling me how to update my entry. This is causing my business a huge amount of damage.

They should answer my enquiries on the subject, and either tell me how to change the entry or change it themselves!

When I create an account on the website and register with my company email I should be able to remove my company data.

According to the GPDR citizens of Europe have the right to remove personal data, like addresses and names.

Zaubee.com violates the European law (GPDR).

This company does not vet the profiles they list in their online directory.
They are a huge source for fake companies to create fake listings often using an existing completely unsuspecting unrelated business location. These companies do this for Google rankings and to sell leads. Zauber has a responsibility to at a minimum vet the companies they are listing for accuracy. Clearly, they don't when the listing shows a picture of another business on its profile.
