I have been puchased a subscription but i didn't get that from zee 5 the amoun wiil be diducted from my aacoun they may not provide that service to me my gmail is is [protected]@gmail.com please resolve my problem right now how can you deal with your customers. Is it ia right way to behave with your customers i dont like your way to deal with your customers...

I bought a two month subscription pack for rs 99 and the amount got debited. However, i am unable to view the paid content. I thought there is an error so i paid again, it again got debited but i'm still unable to access the load content. My payment history shows no transaction. Is it a fraud? How can such a big channel do this to their viewers?? I've written to them but no response. Can you please get in touch at [protected]@gmail.com....
