I ordered beeq 11pro smart watch with a reference id #12288 and ordered id 8704350. Instead, of that they sent a worst quality watch that too it is not working at all. Worst product and experience please refund my money back or send the watch which i ordered. It is not the matter of money it matters trust because of you guys most the guys are insulting famous online shopping marts this is such a disgusting issue.

This company called zepwear is a total fraud. I ordered for Beet Q11 pro smart wrist watch bearing reference ID : 10183, Order NO : 8674839, Date of order : 06/12/2019. The charged 990 INR for the same and the watch inside was some (SHOYO quartz model n.o D35 (L) ) which isn't even a smart watch its a regular cheap dial watch !!

I have ordered a smart watch from zepwear on 3/12/19, but when i received the watch it is totally different, i found a cheap quality watch is delivered to me.
In the return policy company has mentioned that they will return if wrong product delivered but no customer help number was given. I also search online where i found several cheadted cases done by zepwear. Pls help....

Ive ordered zepwear from online, after seeing an ad in instagram, i really dont understand "how can an instagram host fake ads?"

My product was beet q11 smart watch of zepwear brand & order #6938, i got duplicate product some watch called shoyo.

Some one should take serious action against this fraud organisation. It has multiple websites, i'll comment below

Zepwear is show casing the smart watch and electronic devices and men’s wear with high quality sending the cheap products to the customers. Requesting you to take immediate action help us out and the society from this fake online stores. And requesting you to cancel their license of the online store which they are using. So that in future it may not happen with any other people. And last request to refund me which i have paid.

Zepwear in name of selling smartwatches. They are selling normal watches with a high price. Customer care number is always switched off and the support mail id is also not available saying by google. What should i do with the product now. Please help me get my money back and put the criminal behind the bars please..
They are selling tshirts and all too.. And using flipkarts name in delivering fake things to the home....
