I was hired by the mentioned company which contracted me to cognizant technology.

They constantly delayed crediting my salary and never paid my tds money nor they did issue my form 16.
In frustration i put my paper down.
Now it has been more than 3 months but still they haven't paid my due salary
And my tds deducted.

I think the are just laundering money and working in cohert with people...

I was hired by the mentioned company which contracted me to cognizant technology which further sub contracted to huawei technologies, which i believe is a nothing more than a shell company (Zieta technologies).

At the end of the month they were not paying up my salary, but instead they sent me a termination letter when i repeatedly asked for the same. Now it has been more than 2 months but still they haven't paid my due salarybr...
