My experience with my zolo (Zolo Darshan) stay in Saravanpatti, Coimbatore (Zolo Darshan, Villankurichi, Coimbatore | Property ID[protected], was quite negative. I only ever had one unpleasant night there, on January 17, 2023. The caretaker informed me that people had left for Pongal when I visited their property on January 14, 2023. Based on this they asked me to check the guest list on 14th Jan 2023 and gave a false impression that it will be identical to the specific room where one will stay. I was disappointed after visiting premises as on 17th Jan 2023. On the 17th night, I went and had a dreadful time. After working a long day at the office and leaving Kerala at 5 a.m., I got to their workplace around 7.30 p.m. They just showed me one unit and claimed there were no vacancies. That apartment had two rooms that were shared by three people. I inquired whether I could have one or two shared rooms. They said that it wasn't offered. When I arrived at the residence of one of the women who was doing the night shift in one of the rooms, she informed me that she would be working the entire night. I had no chance to get any rest. Three people were already occupied in another room. Two of these ladies were about to leave the next day, so I couldn't disturb them. They offered an unclean guest room with no drinking water, filthy cots, and no functioning geyser or air conditioner. The door to the apartment room was left open. It was a terrible night for me. Here is where the problem begins. While I was in the guest room, I was asked to pay Rs 500 for the advance reservation, Rs 3, 000 for the 15-day stay, and an additional Rs 6, 000 for the booking and it was paid by me. After I informed them it wasn't worth it and I am evicting the property, they told me to pay Rs 600 towards registration fees and a one-month notice period, for which they would charge me an extra Rs 6, 000 in fees .Only after I have paid these fees will they release my advance deducting 2000 towards closure. The fact that we had to pay extra electricity bills which was not even mentioned to me throughout the inquiry. They are sending me eviction letters daily, and the app says I owe Rs 7590 even though I did not sign the contract or pay the balance. They are not refunding my outstanding balance for advance instead asking me to pay 7590 towards Feb month rental. I only stayed one night on 17th Jan 2023. Please help on this regard.

      Myself and my wife have come to stay in Zolo expresso after hearing the promise that we will be having 20% off in my monthly rental for two months.

      We were raising many queries for this, no response at all to my email. My wife has called Zolo support, and one manager has called her and spoke with her in a way that teases her approach. Very very bad and highly disappointed. His name and details below for your reference.

      Note: We didn't even stay here for a month, within this timeline we lost out three charges and an induction stove due to power fluctuation. No proper response for this.

      Strongly not recommending anyone to stay in Zolo.

        I'm a student who is staying in zolo stay pg in a double occupancy room and i had raised a ticket for room swap to single occupancy for which i got a confirmation mail that the room-403 of rs 6, 500 has been blocked for me but on 14th dec it has been given to someone else and they are saying to # in a room of rs10, 000.           I wrongly ordered one PG in their website but then after cancelled and reordered another correct one in their website later that is Zolo Dazzle and it is almost one month is going to be passed but Zolostay is not all refunding the amount to my wallet.

          It is highly unethical practice which company shouldn't insist on their customer.

          Their customer support is highly unresponsive when compared to this topic and it is undigestable

          True zolo charges unnecessary amounts with prior information.
          First they told that after compulsory stay on 4 months they will give back my full deposit now they are charging me notice fees + 1500 deduction in deposit on the ne of sanitisation fees.
          Moreover they have already charged me with 600+ amount on my monthly rent.
          They haven't even given me back my earlier booking amount which I had cancelled before bed confirmation that is pending since November 2020.
          Zolo is just looting me.
