I ordered a 1 kg black forest cake from zomato on 3 rd may 2021 from stick bakes and cakes in indrapuram, gaziabad order ID-[protected] worth rupees 565 after applying a 100 rs coupon, The amount was debited from my sbi account but later the order was rejected from there side due to some machine issue in the particular bakery, and I got the message that sooner my refund will be credit in my respective account in 4- 5 working days. But now it's been more than 15 days, I didn't not receive my money. Also I have send numerous no of email complain to zomato but there is no result.

Hi sir, I ordered food in zomato on 4-3-2019. After waiting 1 hour they cancelled my order without reason. When I ask them, help care executive said there was no delivery boy so the order had been cancelled and your amount will be refunded soon. I did not get money and when I pinged again The second executive said I was not at address and the amount won't be refunded. Again I pinged them, The third executive said my phone was not reachable so money won't be refunded. Now other executive is saying that I cancelled the order. Please don't play with us and our feelings and our time. I asked them phone number many times but even they do not have. The help care agent clearly said we are not having any contact number. I requested many times to arrange a call with delivery boy. But they don't want to arrange that. I strongly believe that the delivery boy did not come to the address even I mentioned the clear address and I was there with my family. We we're all waiting for order and I was active in their app as well. Nobody came to the given address which I got so many orders to the same. I did not get any calls as well. Please take a proper action on these kind of organizations and save public from these kind of money eaters.

Hi i made the payment of rs 1200 for gold membership and my card got debited. I didn’t receive any confirmation about it. I was trying to get in touch with there support team no one answering. When i was messaging them in day time they said wait for 30 mins whole day finished nothing came also in night they are contact in day i just want my money back and will never use zomato ever in my life worst service evr came across. Please help
