I ordered a Mobile case from ZUKOKART over instagram for 600 rs. I paid the amount and when I received the product there were no receipt inside it and also it was mentioned only 399rs on the box. So I asked for the receipt and they refused to provide me the receipt. Also she is threatening me that she will do something to me since she has my house address with her which I have provided for delivery of the product....

Mobile cover case fraud

Im Jagdeep Chandela, I order a mobile cover from Zukokart through Instagram from where I get +[protected] this contact and I order the cover. Till I made the payment for this they reply all my messages and after the payment they don't reply and place my order. I call on that contact but no answer. It's a fraud please take action against them. Otherwise I want the case or my money back

Complaint marked as Resolved They contact me and place my order and also tell me the reason for not responding. So it's fine. I want to take my complaint back. And thanks you and them for helping me..

Paid 400 rupees on 5th Nov 2020 and zukokart is not responding

Ordered mobile case on 5th november and paid 400Rupees through Google pay and amount debited from our bank account. But that zukokart people saying amount not credited till 10th and in return they are mentioning us that we are fake people and cheating them. Till now they are not responding properly and their person also speaking some idiotic language. Even though she was a lady, dont have any manners on how to speak with customers

Hope the actual issue was with Google pay Server, when you paid the amount dated on November 5, 2020 - the amount was not credited to Zukokart - Gpay Payment Account, actually it was on pending transaction for you too, till date of November 10, 2020. And We never denied or failed to make you to understand any day of your pending transaction is incomplete as well at whatever time you texted for. As soon as, you brought it to our notice, that the pending transaction was completed only on NOVEMBER 10, 2020, I IMMEDIATELY REFUNDED THE SAME CASH OF 400 RS, to your account ON THE SAME DAY OF NOVEMBER 10, 2020 and shared the Refunded Payment Screenshot too.
KIND NOTE: Most of the times this kind of issue actually happens with Online Transaction Server, not with us. But it's 💯 We sort out the issue to customer's at all Circumstances.

I order the mobile case and complete the payment. But after it the zukocart[protected] is not responding on call and on whatsapp also.

Now all is good.. they place my order and I received it. They also tell me the reason for being late and not responding. Now I took my complaint back. Thank u

Hi Everyone ... Kindly request you guys to check with *below screenshots* for the better & clear understanding for the delay in responding and his product was delivered too, but this particular customer pretended too good didn't notify me for posting such a review here. (Note: actually was totally sick and depressed - where I couldn't recognize what was happening around for more than 2 months at that time - I strongly regreted for this inconvenience, where all messages got queued up and replied to messages as per TIMESTAMP of customers, I don't pick calls because not possible to track any customer details without chat history - we might have same name people texting us in different ways and also about different designs so will not be able to recognize and respond via calls - hope you all understand, please).
Moreover - the one who posted this review is an existing customer of mine already purchased same product - but acted over smart that day, he too agreed for that & then he is marking it as Resolved.. Please check with below screenshot and do support my small business - STOP SPREADING FAKE COMMENTS TO SPOIL SOMEONE'S CAREER, after receiving your product and response too. (PLEASE CHECK WITH BELOW SCREENSHOT). Posting a review is too easy, but understand one thing is that really a needed one.
