I have given 10000/- rs to the company to install the solar panels but due to kesco issue it can't be done and I am calling company from 3-4 months but they are not returning my money back I request you to please look into it.

I have paid Rs 2999 to amc zunroof, but your persons told amc service is not available. So request you to return my payment

It's been 1 Year and I paid 50%(Rs. 110000) of the money, but they didn't deliver the materials still. No response from zunroof for last 6 months.

Zunroof demanded 100% payment even before installation and promised a 50day structure installation and meter commissioning, however, the lease competent in keeping up their promises, they haven't delivered anything until now and the 100% payment was made to them on April 21 2021, it has been a year since and installation is not complete at all, however, we were also promised a compensation on the units utilized after 50days but now the executive says nothing as such is mentioned anywhere, this company aims at fraud not at service, they are fraudsters spoiling the name and fame of IIT.
Very disappointed.

I'm not sure if the ZunRoof company is really care about customers. The follow up is very good until we pay 100% payment. After that nothing happens. As per the commitment installation should be done with in 50 days of 100% payment, else they will pay the committed energy units of the project in my case 400 units for the rest of the days until they complete the project.but nothing so far.. customer care executives will keep giving some dates...

My ID MAY210146, I had ordered for 2 units of 3 KW of roof top Solar for this entire payment made .Now Zunroof is not answering my calls or Mails .I receive a ready made reply stating we are working on it will revert back with in 48 hrs and our executive will contact you .Till now no one responded .I had written 9 mails .Please resolve my issue .

Worst experience ever. Ordered the contract in March, representatives never share the proper status of the order, never provide the date when it is going to complete.
As we had registered complaint in National Consumer, Zunroof has completed the order after 8 months, and it stopped working after 12 days, found that wires inside inverter is burnt and it will be replaced. It has been 2 weeks, it is still not replaced.

The company has taken full amount for the project and not completed. Now no response

Mainy zunroof ka solar urza panel cost payment given by me rs.210000/- apny ghar m sept 19 m lagwa tha. Mujy bola gya tha ki aap ko govt. Se subsidy miligi. Total cost ka 30% state givt or 30000/- central govt pay kergi the total amount rs.90000/- return to you within 3 months.. Magar abhi tak kuch nahi mila. So many times i have call and send the email but no body bother.
And 1 and 2 times email received by company he written process continues. Last week call received by zunroof he told me that subsidy case going on court then company decide direct pay to you only 36000/- (Email received) after that you change your product without subsidy.

Please take a action sir.
