Zunroof Pvt. Ltd Complaints & Reviews

One year back Solar panels were supplied by Zunroof after taking full payment from us and then vanished. Their office is permanently closed / vacated. None of the contact numbers are working including the one given in their webpage. E mails sent but no response. Looks like they are fraud. How to resolve this.

I ordered a rooftop solar order of 3.3 KW from zunroof tech Private Limited On 01 April 2021. I have ordered the project as per below given details.

So this way I have ordered for rooftop solar and total cost of the order is 98, 475/-

i paid the advance of 11000/- in total and agreed to pay the remaining amount after the application approval. But even after about a month, i come to know that company has not processed our application and they were asking for a full complete payment in order to proceed our order. Even though during order confirmation in our agreement they have mentioned to pay the remaining payment after the application approval.
So even after that i paid the complete amount On 5th July, 2021 which was cleared on 7th July, 2021 And as per the payment terms and company's policy Our solar system was being commissioned within 50 days of full payment done. have been taking up the updates and all the time we were getting the Replies from the company that our order is in process, solar panels are being in inspection, due to lockdown we are experiencing transportation issues etc such replies were being given from the company also giving fake commitment.

On 23rd Augest 2021, the 50 days in which the solar project was to be commissioned got completed but still the company asked us For more 10-15 Days. But still after 15 days the were unable to even deliver the structure and panels. We again called them and the asked for the update but they still asked for more 15-20 days. They even sent us email stating that they will complete the project in 15 – 20 days. But still today on 15 September 2021, they haven't even delivered the material. I asked them for cancelling the order by email on 26 July 2021 but did not any response yet about cancellation.

Always providing fake commitment and promised, I have spoken to the sales executive (Mohit) and he told me that the company does not have the money to buy the structure from the seller so it is getting late.

I request you to hear our complaint against the company seriously as we have already paid the complete payment of 98, 475/-rs. But still The Company has been failing to stand on their commitments and isn’t completing our Order.

Today approx. 1 year passed the solar project I gave it to Zunroof till now I tired to call them to complete the work but the technical staff and client management team is not doing any work on time.
The Zunroof company is full of fake people
Once you gave the advance to them they will treat you like u r now gave money to zunroof and they will do any think with you and type of changes they will do with the material equipment any think which is cheaper in market and bad in product.
I remember that before I gave the order, the product description I gave to Shubham (salesman)
At that time he agree with the description that I gave and in the confirmation letter they will add cheapest and bad quality product with the product description I gave to them.

And after 2months they show their faces to me and at that time I gave 50% advance payment to them
The client management team call me and sad to pay extra 200W payment for the extra part. But the will not ready to pay me back 175W payment.
The amount will be approximately 15k
And at the time of Inverter delivery the will force me to take solax inverter and when I refuse to take and I said to zunroof please deliver me zever ir delta inverter which is the best in market.
But at that time I gave them 90% payment +Rs. 15000/- (extra for delta inverter)
The total cost of inverter is 56k with gst and in the cost of project I gave 70K for inverter.
But I can't go back at that time the company will charge me 50% amount. So I gave 15k extra.
And till now I m Complaining..but the work is not complete
The rms of 10k is not working properly because of the zunroof app in play store is not completed yet (This is confirmed by client management team).

At present cost is 49.5 per W for 5kwp so total cost is 2.5lac +subsidy for residential property.
The material was used in the cost is
Vikram solar panels + 83 GUI hot dip Structure + delta or zever inverter.
