I m Vinodkumar Rohit, father of Malav Rohit, my bayju's registered no is [protected].
We have purchased your 11-12 maths su het package with Tablet through equal installments as per your policy.
My monthly installment of month July-19 has been already through direct bank as pet NASH. I already shown my bank statement for confirmation of deduction of said amount but still you people and your customer care people are calling me continued, and sending me lots messages everyday on my Mobile.
Every time I told you that my installment has been deducted by you on 15th July right time.
But you people near by 30nos of call from your customer care of finance dept. have been coming on my mobile everyday.
I don't understand why you people are not updating my payment in your system and also deducted same installment Rs.5912 today 31 July 19.
I don't understand why you people deducted same installment two time in same month.
It may be possible that Rs.5912 has been deducted on 15 July19 but you people has not updated it in your system and again same installment has been deducted in 31st July 19 same month.
Kindly you reverse deposit my wrongly deducted amount Rs.5912 in my saving account pls.
