Nov 1, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Paid extra 5k for tablet and they unlocked it. Cancellation done. Thanks. My suggestion would be, they have to work more on sales side for winning common man's trust. Payments should be clean and direct, Not by any loan and people should stop payment if they don't like the tuition. BYJU's customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Got a call from Byju to pay for return tablet or pay more for tablet. I paid 5k for rest amount and still not yet get confirmation on cancellation. As I paid for tablet, They told me that I can use the tablet as normal tablet. But I found it is locked and can be managed by Byju only. Again have to wait for few more days for unlock the tablet. Byjus process on cancellation and refund is very painful. They should work more on this.
