As we have been continuously trying to call the customer care/ support team at Byju’s and with Mr. Avijit Ghosh for the course discontinuation and EMI cancellation which is being debited monthly, and even drop an email for the cancellation process, as we have contacted the concerned number +91-[protected], as mentioned on the Byju's website and even requested for cancellation on the website page: https://byjus.com/support-center/, but the team have been very adamant and are very reluctant to address to our issue, as we have requested for cancellation and not refund of money which has already debited monthly.
So, we are obliged to address this issue at your level before seeking further assistance from national public consumer disputes redressal forum, so we once again seek your cooperation and to resolve this issue at the earliest.
