It was communicated to me that due to the mistake of the company for sending wrong sd cards, i would be given back the cost for sending the courier and i was asked to send the bill within the parcel. Two three days before when i called the customer care no. One of them said that the cost will be less so it should be bore by us. But due to the high cost (360 rs.) i was compelled to send the bill. Yesterday when i once again called the customer care to ask about the reimbursement they said that i should send an email with a photo of the bill attached. Seriously how can you ask for this when i sent it there.
