With reference to above receipt we initiated for cancellation in 1st week of dec 2018. Byjus acknowledged the cancellation concern.
Only acknowledgement has been there - no processing of cancellation has been started since last 20 days.
After this also they are deducting the monthly ecs from my bank account with coordination to capital float. I didnt gave permission for bank ecs how it happened - i really dont know how byjus are managing and operating with fraud employees for only gaining business — they are cheating and playing with people money.
