Byju's — byju's looted my hard earned money!!

Last year a guy claiming to be an IIT ian came from Byjus and did an assessment test for my daughter and provided spot feedback and convinced us to take up the 2 year class room training. he promised that the 2 yr program would transform my daughter into a genius .but the class was taken by bunch of freshers straight from engg, colleges and the promises remained on paper.. so I opted out of the program for the second year and asked for refund in jul/aug 2018 and despite multiple call to them and their dumb co ordinator, first of all its very difficult to reach them and if they pick the phone the just lie to us or give lame excuses ... I'm still waiting for my 28K refund
