Byju's — byju's not responding for return the product

We are contact and requested to return the product we have taken
Byjus learnig app (Ncrt std 6to8) on 26nov.2018 for trial base. Their representative said us that if you not satisfied with product you may return tab within 15days within single call but we have informed them on 5th december to return the product and stop the emi from our bank but till date 19december after too many calls and emails they are not giving us address for return the tab & continuously counselling us to continue package. We have clearly said that we are unable to continue package but thay forced us to keep the package. We are highly disappointed from byju`s a reputed company from this type of behaviour.
