I had purchased IAS course from BYJU'S. But I didn't liked the course so I requested for the cancelation and refund within 15 days as per their refund policy.
I've tried calling and emailing them many times. But they're just fooling around and not canceling my order. It's been more than half a month since I applied for the refund.
Now they're forcing me to pay the EMI of fees.
They're calling my parents too.
