Byju's — cancelation of byjus app

Byjus sales person name ashik ashok had visited us and introduced the byjus app.

We had a demo of the product for my son richard vinod in 4th. Std.
Using the product we found it is not helpful, hence we had raised cancellation.

Now the situation is byjus is not allowing us to progress with cancellation and not even letting us to know the process.
They are calling everyday to fund in byjus app.
If we go by this logic not sure to trust such organization.

I am looking for help to come out of from this trap.
