Byju's — Cancelation of Tablet Program for IAS

I, Astha Sahu, registered to Byju's Tablet Program for UPSC IAS in December, 2021 and started the course from January 2022. All was going well until February 15th, when the lectures stopped loading on my Tablet. I contacted the technician team and they provided me with a new SD card but it didn't work out. I continued calling them and explaining them my problem over and over again and they said they would call me back in the next 24-48 hours but they didn't. This continued until March 6 when my next EMI payment date came that they decided to give me a new tablet. But in the meantime, due to not being able to continue my UPSC preparation effectively for about a month my mental health started deteriorating to the point that I am now seeing a psychological counselor. Now they say that it is normal for a technical problem to take a month or so to resolve. This made me lose faith in their service and hence I filed for cancelation on March 11th via their cancelation number and even sent an e-mail on their cancelation address but they are not canceling my subscription and forcing me to continue . I even provided them my medical records but they are not moving an inch.I have already paid them two installments of 5917 INR each in February and March, 2022 along with 5K in advance in December, 2021 but I no longer want to pay the remaining 10 installments worth 76k and I want refund of the amount I have already paid and I will return all the kits and books provided to me by them.
