My phone number [protected], student name sk Qutubuddin, i put request to cancellation about byjus classes, it will under process the loan Team dedited 4577rs in my account, i request u plz refund money to my account and cancellation the byjus classes.i so many times call to [protected], nearly i wait 62 mintues, 50 mintues and i wasted my single day also, but byjus cancellation team not responding.very bad experience i got from byjus today i am not satisfied ur service.plz for God sake plz refund my money back and cancellation of byjus classes.i previously paid for tablet and books, 5000 first advance and 3000 tablet and books
Today loan team dedicated 4755rs also.i stop byjus classes and cancellation but loan team dedicated amount.otherwise i complaint in consumer court.

I paid registration fees of 5000k but dont want further transaction of laon refund my amount

I sent an email to BYJU's 4th March.. 1 months has been passed almost.. team do not have courtesy to reply on that. I simply requested that my son is not taking interest and i want my money back. During the time of counselling the team clearly said that if your son not taking interest we will refund the amount. Now, 1 month has been passed, they did not have courtesy to reply my email nor refund the amount. Team sent me a message that my amount will get deducted. this type of services provided by the Byju's. Mental harassments for the customers to taking money.. cheat company. I need my money back any how. I will post this to social media and people should know that this Brand is a cheater brand.

I have send many mails to byju's for cancellation of my subscription. But they are not cancelling my subscription.

I have applied for cancellation between the 15days trial period on their helpline number but till now my problem is not solved by them.They give only excuses and always show as your fault, they have nothing to do.Kindly please do helpful I am in very critical situation, I am facing very harsh financial crisis and thats the reason for my cancellation ad the feedback for Byjus is very worst.The study material given by them is also not very well except some of them.I have also said that I will give back all their study materials by my side if you are accepting my cancellation.

When I enrolled my kid at Byjus, I was informed and promised that it will be daily 1 hr class. Now, forcefully and without any prior information, my kid has been scheduled for 2 hrs in a day, twice a week. How can you be so insensible not to find out that the kid maybe undergoing some other extra courses or skill development classes, before finalizing and forcing 2 hrs class? We have been speaking to your customer care and mentors for almost daily now. They either cut the call or promise a mail revert/call back, which remains unfulfilled till date. When asked on escalation matrix, no one is aware too. Am expecting a quick resolution on the same so that the kid's study is not hampered. I am also shocked to find out that no one at Byjus is able to give me a Resolution or even guide me to an alternative. Need help to either reschedule to 1 hrs class per day OR to cancel the entire enrollment and refund.

We had registered in BYJU's online to get to know the course and other details.
After receiving the details from the BYJU's executive, we have conveyed as not interested and opted out of the course.

Even after that we are keep getting multiple calls from BYJU's to enroll the student. They are completely un-professional and greedy for business. This is not acceptable and against their rights.

We spoke with Police personnel as well. Further call from BYJU's will get recorded and take for next steps.

We have been contacting byju's for cancellation of our subscription as it's not easy for kids to understand. They tell anything and do anything.No mentor are present. But since we decided we want to cancel the subscription we are not getting a call back. It's been almost a month I sent an email, but no one contacted. We keep trying to contact on mentor helpline, it says someone will call u in 15 mins but no one calls.
Please resolve our issue. Please 🙏 help me, please 🙏.

I had given a scholarship test for UPSC on Byju's for which a person (Abhinav) visited my house. He took 2 hrs session regarding the preparation and asked tough questions. I refused for the scholarship. 2 days later a person again called up regarding the same saying that he heard the recorded session at my house. This was a total breach of my privacy as I was not asked or informed anything about the session being recorded. He also talked rudely saying that don't give the exam. Very unprofessional and Unethical behaviour.

One of "BYJU'S" Staff with very bad attitude. And is spam calling me.

I have taken byju's IAS plan 3 months ago and I have paid Rs. 15, 000 and made a loan for other Rs. 42, 000 as monthly EMI. But now I want to cancel the IAS plan and also the EMI. When I contact the byju's support members they are saying that they cannot cancel the plan and behaving like rowdies and they are also talking so harshly.
So please help me to cancel my IAS plan.

I have been trying to cancel the Byjus subscription but they are not doing so. I am within 15 day period.

I purchase by jus IAS course 7 months ago and I paid 7 EMI... Now i faces many problem in my life.

Reason to cancel subscription are:-

2.My dad had a small accident while driving

3.Thus we have a lot of debt.

We have requested byjus to cancel and for return of product many times they are not processing our request. There representatives are not talking properly. We have paid 5000 rps and taken a loan for 51000 rps. Request to cancel the product and refund the amount and cancel the loan application.

I have mailed u many times to u for cancellation of my son's admission & refund my amount & aslo cancel my E-mandate form which EMI starts from[protected]. I have asked to you for provide my URMN that is also u have not yet provided to me.
Kindly check the Emandate has been cancelled or not otherwise my CIBIL Report will be defective & U people are totally responsible for that. Pls. make sure EMI should not to be deduct from my account & update me the status as earlier. Also Ur cousellor Ms. Mahi Muskan not receiving my calls.

Cancellation of byjus learning course for class 1 to class 3 with loan through iifl loan bearing loan no-[protected] for purchase of byjus premium product order no SO-[protected]

I have mail byju's for cancellation of my course because I am unable to understand the study.Many mentors have called me and told me that there will be a call from the cancellation team within 24 hours.but no one called me.
When I try to contact them but got no response.I am trying to cancel my subscription since 16th of march but there's no cancellation yet please help me to cancel my subscription.

I, Astha Sahu, registered to Byju's Tablet Program for UPSC IAS in December, 2021 and started the course from January 2022. All was going well until February 15th, when the lectures stopped loading on my Tablet. I contacted the technician team and they provided me with a new SD card but it didn't work out. I continued calling them and explaining them my problem over and over again and they said they would call me back in the next 24-48 hours...
