I have taken byju's IAS plan 3 months ago and I have paid Rs. 15, 000 and made a loan for other Rs. 42, 000 as monthly EMI. But now I want to cancel the IAS plan and also the EMI. When I contact the byju's support members they are saying that they cannot cancel the plan and behaving like rowdies and they are also talking so harshly.
So please help me to cancel my IAS plan.

I purchase by jus IAS course 7 months ago and I paid 7 EMI... Now i faces many problem in my life.

Reason to cancel subscription are:-

1.I have had eye surgery so I can't study anything.(I attached discharge summary in the below)

2.My dad had a small accident while driving

3.Thus we have a lot of debt.

So, I can't pay EMI and can't study.

So I request urgent. But byjus not response to me... reg mail I'd ([protected]@gmail.com)

We have requested byjus to cancel and for return of product many times they are not processing our request. There representatives are not talking properly. We have paid 5000 rps and taken a loan for 51000 rps. Request to cancel the product and refund the amount and cancel the loan application.

I have mailed u many times to u for cancellation of my son's admission & refund my amount & aslo cancel my E-mandate form which EMI starts from[protected]. I have asked to you for provide my URMN that is also u have not yet provided to me.
Kindly check the Emandate has been cancelled or not otherwise my CIBIL Report will be defective & U people are totally responsible for that. Pls. make sure EMI should not to be deduct from my account & update me the status as earlier. Also Ur cousellor Ms. Mahi Muskan not receiving my calls.

I have mail byju's for cancellation of my course because I am unable to understand the study.Many mentors have called me and told me that there will be a call from the cancellation team within 24 hours.but no one called me.

I, Astha Sahu, registered to Byju's Tablet Program for UPSC IAS in December, 2021 and started the course from January 2022. All was going well until February 15th, when the lectures stopped loading on my Tablet. I contacted the technician team and they provided me with a new SD card but it didn't work out. I continued calling them and explaining them my problem over and over again and they said they would call me back in the next 24-48 hours...

I am a 11th grade student, I had joined in Byju's last year as 10th tuition. And paid 2500 rupees as advance to kishore sir who came to my home. But I don't receive any service from your side. No tab or no classes. And i cancelled it. Further your team told me that you will refund the money. But no response since then. I'm very disappointed. You don't lose anything. But I lose my ₹2500. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 REFUND IT RIGHT NOW!!!

I have taken byjus gate preparation course and i want to cancel the course there are saying that one cannot cancel the subscription after completing 15 days they are saying we should continue if we are not interested also.
previously one person called and said that they have initiated refund process and now they are saying they cant cancel the course and saying we have to continue course if not interested also they feed back is delayed to mail or call and increasing the days so that the person is not able to unenroll the course after 15 days.

I am calling them so they didn't response me sometimes they pick my call after 10 minutes and sometimes they didn't pick my call .they also didn't listen my problem properly and cut the call .i am not satisfied with their tablet and services.they are lier because in counseling session they said we teach you 11th and 12th whole syllabus but now they are not accepting their lie . We choose EMI method for payment so they have bank cheque also . We already paid 8000 rupees and now i want my money back because my financial conditions are not good. Please help me

I have enrolled my child for Grad 4, and paid 36, 500 for the product, the concelor said that there is 15 days trail period, if you do not like the product or any other problem you can cancel the product and take the refund, as my child is not comfortable with the product and due to some financial problem, j have registered for cancellation of the product with Request ID: 28405795
While calling from my registered number to the mentor no. or the call center number, regularly they keep my phone ingaged by the trailer message.
While calling with some other number they ask for the problem and do not process it further for resolution.
I am getting fed up by bad service and unprofessional behaviour.
Please help in faster resolution of problem and help in saving my hard earned money

I take my admission in byjus in January and after taking admission no one responded me and didn't give me study materials and classes after that call in byjus customer service for cancelation my admission then they give me excuses and provide me study materials after one month but I don't want to continue with byjus organization because o[censored]nprofessional and bad behavior of executives and mentor but they are not giving me any response and they councilor verified loan on me through my phone which is I don't want and pressure me to verified loan .her councilor verified loan on behalf of me and I sent lots of mails to byjus aakash but they not responding to my mails and msg or call they executives not solved my problem and cut the call while I'm taking its make me mentally depressed and lose of my studies too
